Finally!
I now have my mini comic The Sad State of Affairs in two of the best local comic shops. Both cater to different crowds, both of which I think will find the book quite funny. At Big Brain they are located on the small press shelf towards the back by the trades. At The Source you should be able to find them easy enough. They were kind enough to use my plastic display and stock a lot of copies right in front by the cash register. PLEASE PLEASE go get a copy so that we can restock and the clerks notice the book selling and wonder “My lord, this is popular. Perhaps these guy’s have something going on here!”.

Getting Close
Under two weeks away to Fallcon and the book is not yet finished. However, being as it was conceived less than two months ago, we’ll chalk it up to predictable problems.
The amount of money poured into this tiny book has grown large. Larger than originally planned. However, a lot of that is in things that are reusable, like booth decor, printer, paper cutter, etc. The $ for the books themselves is low enough that I hope I can sell out of the initial print run because another few hundred copies will be lucrative. Thats right, I’m moving to the Bahamas if I sell 1000 copies. Holla at chu later, Minneapolis.
